Products & Technical Specifications

WANJI VALVE offers a range of industrial valves, including large-diameter hydropower ball valves, fixed cone valves, top-entry eccentric half ball valves, triple eccentric metal-seated butterfly valves, and other flow control valves for water and industrial applications.

Our valves are designed for applications such as hydropower stations, dams, reservoirs, municipal water supply, wastewater treatment, and industrial pipeline systems. Product selection depends on the operating medium, pressure, flow rate, and project conditions.

Our hydropower ball valve design documentation covers nominal diameters from DN600 to DN4200. Please provide your required size, operating pressure, and project specifications so our team can confirm a suitable technical solution.

A fixed cone valve, also known as a hollow jet valve, is designed to regulate and discharge large volumes of water while dissipating hydraulic energy. It is commonly used at dam and reservoir outlets, as well as in hydropower and water management projects.

Our top-entry eccentric half ball valves feature an eccentric sealing design that helps reduce friction between sealing surfaces during operation. They are designed for applications requiring reliable shut-off, low flow resistance, and convenient maintenance. The top-entry construction allows access to internal components without removing the entire valve from the pipeline.

Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

WANJI VALVE is a valve manufacturer based in Tianjin, China, with capabilities covering valve engineering, machining, assembly, and product testing. We focus on industrial valves and flow control solutions for infrastructure and industrial projects.

Our manufacturing operations include mechanical machining, valve assembly, inspection, and testing. We focus on the production of large-diameter valves and engineered flow control products, with manufacturing processes adapted to different product designs and technical requirements.

Quality control is integrated into machining, assembly, and product inspection. Relevant valve products undergo pressure and sealing tests according to applicable technical requirements. Testing details can be confirmed based on the selected valve type and project specifications.

Our product documentation references standards such as API 6D, API 608, ASME B16.5, and ASME B16.47 for applicable valve designs and connections. Please specify the required standard when submitting an inquiry so we can confirm its applicability to your selected product.

Customers interested in evaluating our manufacturing capabilities are welcome to contact WANJI VALVE to discuss a factory visit. Our facilities and production processes can be introduced according to the visit arrangements and the products of interest.

Ordering, Technical Support & After-Sales

We can review project-specific requirements, including nominal diameter, pressure rating, operating medium, valve materials, connection type, and actuation method. Our team can then discuss suitable design options and technical solutions based on the application.

To request a quotation, please provide the valve type, nominal diameter (DN), pressure rating (PN/Class), operating medium, working temperature, actuation method, quantity, and any technical drawings or project specifications. This information helps us evaluate your requirements more accurately.

Minimum order quantities depend on the valve model, size, and manufacturing requirements. For large-diameter or project-specific valves, please share your required specifications and quantity so we can confirm the applicable ordering conditions.

Lead times vary depending on valve size, design complexity, quantity, and production arrangements. Please contact our team with your specifications and required delivery schedule to confirm an estimated lead time before placing an order.

Customers can contact WANJI VALVE for product-related technical inquiries, valve selection, and operating or maintenance questions. For after-sales matters, please provide the product model, order details, and a description of the issue so the appropriate support arrangements can be confirmed. Warranty terms and service scope are subject to the agreed contract.
